About the team
At Mojave, we believe great product management is about balancing user needs with clear priorities. You’ll be working directly with design and engineering in short, fast cycles. We’re a small team — so your impact will be visible from day one. You’ll help shape the roadmap, define features, and ensure we’re solving real problems in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities
You won't be implementing tickets from a backlog someone else wrote. You'll define what gets built, how it's built, and in what order. Here's the reality of the work:
Own the entire voice AI pipeline, from speech recognition to LLM reasoning to voice synthesis.
Architect the systems that take us from 10 to 1,000+ concurrent restaurant agents. Design for scale from day one. Multi-tenant infrastructure, real-time session management, graceful failover
Define engineering culture and technical standards. You'll establish how we write code, review code, deploy code, and recover when things break at midnight. CI/CD, monitoring, incident response.
Ship end-to-end features directly with customers.
Make infrastructure decisions that define the company
Minimum requirements
You should be a strong communicator, a clear thinker, and genuinely curious about how people work. You love digging into user needs and working across teams to get things done.
3+ years in a product management role
Experience working closely with design and dev teams
Strong ability to prioritize and break down complex ideas
Familiarity with agile workflows and tools
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Preffered qualifications
This role is great for someone who’s worked in SaaS before, especially on tools that solve simple problems with thoughtful UX.
Background in productivity or time-tracking apps
Experience in a startup or remote-first environment
Passion for clear documentation and async collaboration
Familiarity with Framer or other design/prototype tools
Pay and benefits
Annual salary: €60,000–€75,000
