Luodaan tulevaisuutta

Olemme tiimi tekoälykehittäjiä, asiakaspalvelun ystäviä ja ravintola-alan tuntijoita. Viimeisen kahden vuoden aikana olemme kehittäneet agentteja, jotka tekevät muutakin kuin kuulostavat fiksuilta: ne oikeasti ratkaisevat ongelmia. Sitten suuntasimme nämä agentit yhteen nykyään mielestämme haastavimmista ja inhimillisimmistä tehtävistä: ravintoloihin

Löytömme.

Haastattelimme yli 100 ravintoloitsijaa, johtajaa ja henkilökunnan jäsentä. Vietimme päiviä kuunnellen puhelimen soittoa illallisaikaan. Katselimme, kuinka vastaajat kasautuivat, varaukset katosivat kuin tuhka tuuleen, koska kukaan ei vastannut puhelimeen.

Mitä opimme yhä uudelleen:

  • Vieraanvaraisuus alkaa ensimmäisestä soitosta.

  • Puhelin on usein heikoin lenkki asiakaskokemuksessa, mutta helpoin korjata.

  • Suurin osa ”ravintolapuhelinratkaisuista” ei ole lainkaan suunniteltu ravintoloille, vaan ne ovat muokattuja puhelinkeskustyökaluja, jotka yrittävät sopia maailmaan, joka tarvitsee lämpöä, nopeutta ja ymmärrystä.

Miksi?

Koska työkalut eivät vastanneet ongelmaa. Emme halunneet pakottaa ravintoloita sopeutumaan ohjelmistoon, halusimme ohjelmiston, joka sopeutuu ravintoloihin.

Call Company AI ei ole asiakaspalvelun uudelleenpakattu puhelinkeskus. Se on tyhjästä rakennettu tekoälyagentti, joka on koulutettu ravintolaelämän todellisten rytmien, vaatimusten ja sydämen mukaan. Se vastaa puheluihin, ottaa vastaan pöytävarauksia, vastaa kysymyksiin ja tarvittaessa siirtää sujuvasti henkilökunnalle, samalla kun tiiminne pysyy keskittyneenä ruokasaliin.

Meidän tehtävämme

Haluamme auttaa ravintoloita menestymään muuttamalla menetetyt puhelut maksaviksi asiakkaiksi korkealaatuisen AI-puhelinagentin avulla.

Uskomme, että loistavan palvelun tulee alkaa heti, kun joku vastaa puhelimeen, ei vasta sitten kun hän astuu ovesta sisään. Call Company AI:n avulla jokainen puhelimen soittoääni muuttuu mahdollisuudeksi.

One Second AI was founded by Nuutti Räisänen, Matias Myhrberg, and Esa-Petri Tirkkoen with a simple but urgent observation: most companies were experimenting with AI tools, but very few were actually changing how work gets done. What started as hands-on experiments with AI agents for sales, marketing, and operations quickly turned into client work. Instead of demos, the focus was execution, replacing manual workflows with systems that actually run inside real businesses.
